I am the voice of Volley: main character and mascot!
Once upon a time(3-4 years ago), I saw an indie developer on Twitter looking for an animator for their game in development. I decided to check it out because I was curious and the character designs really caught my eye. I was SO excited by the art style and idea behind the game, that I submitted my portfolio in case they ever found themselves needing voice talent.
To my delight, they thought my voice would be perfect for Volley, the main character of Shot One Fighters. They liked my youthful, bright and spirited voice and enjoyed how I could also be much tougher when the going gets tough in game. Over the years, we’ve worked together a lot to bring Volley to life and I even got to do a bit of improv with her lines, getting to throw some of my own ideas into the mix!
